SEEKING to ACQUIRE MEETINGS/EVENTS/INCENTIVE CO. ($2MM to $5MM Range)
LOCATION:
WEST COAST (Seeking Company Based Anywhere in U.S.)
COMPANY/POSITION:

This well-established, growing event management agency -- currently performing at $4.5 million per year -- is now looking to expand by purchasing another solid event management, incentive and/or meetings agency (preferably strong in the pharma industry).  With a goal of surpassing $10 million in sales by 2019, this agency's owner has a powerful background in event sales and operations, and a strong client following in the healthcare, digital and government realms.

The agency's expertise includes overseeing and executing event logistics for corporate functions, with its largest piece of business at $2.1 million for a 500-person, two-day conference. Other events are in the $300K to $1-million range, so the target acquisition agency would have a similar profile (in terms of event sizes and industries served) and can be based anywhere in the U.S. This company's offices are in the L.A. area with a satellite office in Chicago.
